    Even if the Registration Fee is paid in cash (Euros) or with Euroscheck on-site at the congress venue,
prior PRE-REGISTRATION by E-mail (see above) IS REQUIRED   

The Course Fee includes: Participation in the Course Program, the Course CD on 'Basics of Standardized Echography', Refreshments during Breaks, Lunches and the Dinner Party on Saturday.

The Workshop Fee includes: Participation in the Patient Examination, Refreshments during the Breaks and Luncheon. 

   

Hotel Accomodations: The best way to arrange for a stay in Zagreb is to get a package deal from your travel agent. If you need names,
addresses (phone numbers) and prices of such hotels or boarding houses, please e-mail your request to Dr. Jelena Doresic:

Two available dormitories are available - one of them on the very venue of the Course, and the other in close, walking distance
location:  one within the Croatian Institute for Brain Research that is on Salata 11 (8 rooms available, www.hiim.hr/) where the Medical School
with the lecture theatre is also; the other one is within the School of Public Health "Andrija Stampar" (16 rooms available, www.snz.hr/)
in Rockefeller street4, that is a 15 minute walking distance from Salata.
Rooms are available at very acceptable prices. Rooms are all double, with separate shower/WC, if they are used by a single person the price is
200 kunas/night/person (cca 27,5 Euros); for two persons the price is 150 kunas/night/person (20,5 Euros). The rooms have free wireless internet
access, and in the latter dormitory there is availability of the small kitchen on the floor with microwave oven and other utensils. In the former
there is no kitchen, but the restaurant of the Medical School is opened from 7:30 am. Payment is only possible in cash, i.e., in kunas (Croatian
currency).

Participants who are interested to stay in a dormitory, should make their reservations through this mail: jelena.doresic@kbsd.hr  and not
through the above mentioned institutions. The reservation would be made on first-come-first-serve basis, the reservation form is in the
attachment.
